Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only if you:

• Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to follow these Terms

You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your email address.

You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Contact Feature

The App allows you to select a contact from your device to represent yourself within the App.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for selecting and using this contact
• You confirm you have the right or permission to use the selected contact information
• The App only uses the contact you explicitly select

We are not responsible for any misuse of contact information provided by users.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers paid subscriptions and may include a paywall.

• All payments are processed by Apple through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
• Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat
• We do not collect or store payment card information

Apple’s payment terms apply to all transactions.

Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase and are also governed by Apple’s In-App Purchase terms.

Use of the App is additionally subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.

Refunds are handled solely by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.

5. User Content and Feature Requests

Users may submit feature requests, feedback, or other content through the App.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation or restriction.

We are not obligated to implement any feature requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
• Attempt to access backend systems without authorization
• Use the App for fraudulent or harmful activity
• Abuse or misuse the contact feature or other app functions

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Apple (In-App Purchases)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Supabase (backend and data storage)

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

8. Data and Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but:

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the App
• We are required to do so for legal or security reasons

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability or reliability
• Accuracy of results or outputs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any)

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do:

• We will update the “Last updated” date
• Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
